Shipping processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we have a large volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping costs and delivery estimate

Spain:

Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders over €100 (VAT included), for orders less the cost will be €10 (VAT included).

Time: Delivery in 2-5 business days

Europe: (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Holland and Portugal):

Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders over €150 (VAT included), for orders less the cost will be €20 (VAT included).

Time: Delivery in 4-10 business days

 

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
